The Millennium Education (TME) Group successfully hosted its annual flagship Millennium Qualification, Curriculum & Assessment Programme (MQCAP) 2026, under the inspiring theme “ELEVATE – Leadership for Impact,” at Future World School, DHA Phase 5, Islamabad. The event brought together 170 academic leaders, including Principals, School Heads and Academic Coordinators from across Pakistan, reaffirming TME’s commitment to educational excellence, innovation and transformational leadership.
Organised by the Millennium Institute of Professional Development (MIPD), MQCAP 2026 provided a collaborative platform for academic leaders to exchange ideas, strengthen professional competencies and explore progressive approaches to curriculum development, assessment practices and institutional leadership.
The programme reflected the visionary leadership of Dr. Faisal Mushtaq TI, Founder, Chairman & CEO of The Millennium Education Group, whose continued emphasis on academic innovation, professional development and future-ready education remains central to TME’s educational philosophy.
Under the academic direction of Ms. Amna Salik, Director Education, the programme featured engaging discussions, professional learning sessions and interactive activities designed to enhance instructional leadership and improve learner outcomes across the nationwide network.
Key areas of focus included curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, learner-centred teaching methodologies, academic quality assurance and evidence-based assessment practices. Participants also explored the integration of digital technologies, including Google for Education tools, to strengthen classroom engagement and support innovative teaching practices.
The programme further highlighted the importance of continuous professional development, reflective teaching, mentoring and collaborative learning communities in building a culture of excellence within educational institutions.
The theme, “ELEVATE – Leadership for Impact,” underscored the critical role of academic leaders in inspiring change, empowering educators and creating meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond traditional classroom boundaries.
MQCAP 2026 concluded with a renewed collective commitment to translating professional learning into measurable educational impact.
