TME Brings Campus Managers and Fee Officers Together for Two-Day CORE Training

Head Office leadership sets one standard for finance, operations and technology across the network

The Millennium Education concluded its two-day TME CORE Training for Campus Managers and FBRR Officers on Saturday at the Auditorium, One World Campus, E-11/4, Islamabad. Organised with the Millennium Institute of Professional Development on and  October, the programme set out to align every campus with a single standard of administrative, financial and technological governance.

Day one opened with an orientation by Ayesha Shabbir, General Manager DHRM, and her team, covering job descriptions, the staff handbook, the code of conduct, and the procedures for interviews, onboarding and employment records.

Finance dominated the rest of the day. Saikumdad Awan, Director Finance, and his team took participants through tuition and fee policy, billing cycles, fee collection, digital payment solutions, reconciliation, student lifecycle management and the withdrawal policy. The Internal Audit team followed with a session on branch imprest accounts, explaining why controls matter and setting out approved categories of use, month-end reconciliation and the zero-tolerance red flags, among them personal expenses and undocumented withdrawals. The afternoon was given over to a hands-on session on Oracle NetSuite and the ERP, led jointly by the Finance and ERP Development teams.

Day two turned to how a campus is run. Chaudhry Abid Hussain, Chief Operating Officer, opened with a 360-degree view of school operations and sustainability. Uzma Hayat, Head of Marketing, Communication & Outreach, and her team then traced the path from inquiry to admission, stressing ownership and accountability and the Campus Manager’s role in student retention and campus growth.

The DASM team addressed maintenance, security and housekeeping, including support staff management, health and safety, emergency response and adherence to TME child-protection protocols. Umer Elahi Chishty, Director Administration, and the DOD team covered campus operations, from inventory and annual development plans to facilities, events and services management. Rashid Ali, Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain, outlined the procurement lifecycle, its approval workflows and its reporting and compliance requirements.

The closing session, led by Muhammad Aslam Sharif, Chief Technology Officer, and the IT team, covered the use of ERP and Oracle for admissions and fees, digital record-keeping, IT ticketing, CCTV and biometric systems, and the BYOND Google ecosystem.
