Dr. Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq, Chairman & CEO of The Millennium Education Group, participated as a speaker at The Great KLF Debate during the Karachi Literature Festival 2026, held at the Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi.
The session, titled “Will AI Take Over? Betterment or Detriment,” brought together leaders from education, technology, and policy to examine the implications of artificial intelligence on society. Dr. Mushtaq presented a measured and principled perspective, highlighting the risks of unchecked AI adoption, particularly in education, human cognition, and social equity.
Emphasising the need for ethical oversight, human agency and human-centred policy, Dr. Mushtaq stressed that technology must support, not replace human judgment, creativity, and responsibility.
The discussion was moderated by international broadcast journalist James Neish and featured distinguished voices from academia, industry, and civil society. The session was widely regarded as one of the key intellectual highlights of KLF 2026.
