The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition (QCEC), organized by the Royal Commonwealth Society, is the oldest international writing competition for schools in the world. It was first held in 1883. Every year, students write about a theme drawn from the ideals and tenets of the Commonwealth, strengthening their reading abilities, and cultivating an understanding and tolerant perspective on the world. In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Commonwealth Youth Program, this year’s competition had been centered around the topic “A Youth-Powered Commonwealth.”

TME fosters an environment of learning amid global practices and educational standards, where the leadership puts great emphasis on the inculcation of Global Citizenship and preambles a world full of opportunities. This competition incites a week’s trip to London, where these learners would instill the grain of ‘Space is the limit’ an aphorism of Dr. Faisal Mushtaq TI.

We would like to express our sincere congratulations to the parent community and our students for their remarkable accomplishments in the Competition on behalf of the whole TME faculty and administration. These extraordinary people have exceeded all expectations, demonstrating that TME never accepts anything less than excellence.
