INTRODUCTION to Graduate Teacher Pathway Fellowship Program:
The Graduate Teacher Pathway Fellowship program is designed and structured for individuals who are looking for a rewarding a fulfilling career in education or are looking to transition into teaching from another field. The Graduate Teacher Pathway Fellowship program is to be a comprehensive training program designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge they need to become effective and inspiring teachers. Through a combination of classroom learning, practical experience, and mentorship, the individuals will be able to gain a deep understanding of the principles of teaching and learning, as well as the practical skills and strategies needed to succeed in the classroom. In GTP the individuals will have the opportunity to work with experienced educators who will provide guidance and support throughout their training. They will also have access to a range of professional development opportunities and resources to help them continue to grow and develop as a teacher.
GTPF Program Training Enrollment:
The candidates who are offered enrollment in the program will be rejoining the Graduate Teacher Pathway Fellowship Program for Four (4) weeks training sessions. It would be mandatory for GTPF Trainee to qualify the merit determined on completion of training to be elevated to Stage-II: Fellowship Placement.
GTPF Program Fellowship Placement:
The candidates who qualify the merit on completion of training shall be elevated to Stage-II: Fellowship Placement with paid. During the campus placement, the fellow would be attached with experienced teacher(s) to gain hands-on experience and receive mentoring and feedback. This would help the fellow to develop their teaching skills and gain valuable insights into the challenges, resolutions, roleplay live situations and rewards of teaching in a school environment.The performance of the individuals will be reviewed through assessment, evaluation, and final appraisal to qualify the criteria for induction as regular full-time teachers at different TME campuses.
GTPF Induction Process:
Individuals who have successfully met the goals during fellowship placement will be inducted in different campuses of TME as per the requirements. Upon completion of fellowship placement with good performance review the following individuals will be offered job placement in TME. Overall, the induction process for a graduate teacher pathway program is designed to provide new teachers with the support, guidance, and resources they need to become effective and successful classroom practitioners.
